Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026. These terms apply to services offered by Datafabricbase via datafabricbase.digital.
1. Who we are
Datafabricbase provides advisory, facilitation, and analytics consulting related to real-time product analytics. Our studio address is 1004/115 Rama III, Bang Phongphang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok, 10120, Thailand. Contact: hello@datafabricbase.digital, +66 2 284 2543.
2. Services
Engagements may include live event instrumentation planning, alert design, product pulse briefings, streaming view calibration, and related workshops. Descriptions on this website are informational. A written scope confirms deliverables, timeline, and fees before work begins.
3. No platform checkout
This website does not process payments or provide self-serve checkout. Fees are agreed offline. Informational price notes are not binding quotes.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the people, analytics tools, and documentation needed for the scoped work, and to ensure you have rights to share that material with us.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own deliverables produced specifically for you after full payment. We retain our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public information received from the other and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Warranties and limitation
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or uninterrupted availability of third-party analytics tools. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future engagements.
