Refund & cancellation policy
Applies to paid consultations and workshops offered by Datafabricbase Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how much advisory work has started, whether a deposit was collected, and whether scheduled workshop time has passed. Informational browsing of this website does not create a purchase.
Timeframe to request
Send refund or cancellation requests in writing to hello@datafabricbase.digital within 7 days of the triggering event (for example, a postponed kickoff or cancelled workshop date).
Full refunds
A full refund of fees paid is available when we cancel an engagement before kickoff for reasons on our side, or when you cancel in writing before any discovery interview has occurred and before draft work has begun.
Partial refunds
If discovery interviews or drafting have started, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the rates in the engagement letter. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed audit or tracking-plan deliverables already delivered
- Workshop sessions that occurred as scheduled
- Third-party room or materials costs purchased at your request
Deposits
Engagements may require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once kickoff interviews begin, unless we cancel the work.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop once without fee if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the engagement letter. Missed workshop attendance without notice is treated as a completed session.
No-shows
If stakeholder interviews are repeatedly missed without notice, we may pause the engagement and invoice for reserved time.
Work already started
Draft tracking plans and interview notes created before cancellation remain billable. We can transfer usable drafts to you upon settlement of outstanding fees.
Refund method & processing time
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval, or by bank transfer when the original method is unavailable.
